Order Status

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted. Our system is not able to add items to an existing order. A new order must be created.
 

Can I upgrade to Expedited Shipping?

If you place an order with expedited shipping, we will fulfill it within 24-72 hours (please note we do not ship on weekends). Once shipped the package will take an additional 2-3 days to be delivered. 

Expedited shipping is NOT available during sales, special events, and new product launches or the 2 weeks following. Do not purchase express shipping on Pre-Order items, they will only ship within their specified time frame. 

Where is my order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. If you believe you did not receive this, please check your spam/junk folder. Once these folders are checked, if no confirmation is found, please reach out to hello@sunshinygray.com. Most likely you provided an incorrect email address when you placed the order. Providing our customerservice@oatco.com with your correct email address will most likely remedy the issue. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please check back in for whenever we do.

 

When will my order ship and how much will it cost?

All standard and expedited shipping orders will ship from warehouse in 1-3 days. It is $6 USD for standard shipping and $12 USD for USPS / UPS expedited shipping.

 

Placing An Order

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We thoughtfully package each order by hand. Our mission is that every person who opens a Sunshiny Gray package feels like they are receiving a gift!

How do I order if no sizes are listed?

If no sizes are available, the product is out of stock. We do restock often, so be sure to check back soon!

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes are entered at checkout and can only be used once per customer. If a discount code shows that it is expired, this means that you have used it sometime in the past and our system cannot apply it again. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer—this includes store wide sales.
